RGH Foundation is happy to announce the 7th Annual Skeet Shoot fundraiser for Roosevelt General Hospital and clinics.

The skeet shoot is scheduled for Saturday, September 9, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at Idsinga Dairy located at 43351 Highway 70 (Clovis Highway).

REGISTRATION FORM

The shoot is divided into several categories including children (under 18 years old with a hunter's safety card, adult, and team. Prizes are awarded for first place in each category. Registration forms can be turned in the day of the event or you may email the form to info@myrgh.org.

WAIVER FORM

All participants, spectators, volunteers, and visitors must sign a waiver form. A waiver form should be emailed to info@myrgh.org prior to the event or at the event.

GUN RAFFLE

A gun raffle is also available for purchase to help raise funds at the Skeet Shoot. This year, the raffles include a 1911 Rock Island 45, and a Taurus GS2 9 mm. There will only be 52 raffle tickets sold per gun raffle, so chances of winning are 1:52. If you are interested in purchasing a raffle ticket, please email info@myrgh.org. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a gun raffle ticket.

SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations. The sponsorship includes a 18x22 sign with your business name and will be posted at one of the five shooting stations. The station sponsor investment is $250. The RGH Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization therefore your donation can be used for tax purposes. PROCEEDS

All funds raised will benefit Roosevelt General Hospital and Clinics. To make a donation to the hospital or a specific clinic, please email info@myrgh.org.
