There are good souls here from the clinic to the emergency room. Thank you all of you there. You rock. That's why I travel from Clovis to there. You make the hospital in Clovis look like they are amateurs.

I have no words to explain how incredible RGH Portales NM have been to mother and I in all health related concerns. But I shall definitely try.

I recently had a terrible incident where I ended up with a broken rib a punctured and collapsed lung. This was the first broken bone or serious health issue I’ve ever experienced. I was terrified half to death to say the least. My amazing and wonderful PCP Dr. Neelu Finley, PA was the first to see me. Here I was thinking it was only a sore or bruised rib. I was wrong. After my first X-ray they discovered the trauma my body had gone through. Immediately Dr. Finleys nurse upon receiving the X-ray and CT scan rushed to Dr. Finley and proceeded to send me to the ER and of course to have surgery.

There I met for the first time Dr. Ahmad Othman. He encountered a terrified and extremely nervous patient which was of course myself lol. My nerves were shot and my emotions ran ramped. His calming profesional bedside manner along with his amazing ER staff made me feel safe, comfortable and as if I was their family. Mother and I immediately let out a sigh of relief knowing I was in good hands.

To bring this review to an end I will simply say Wow. I have left two previous reviews for their individual Google search but as a satisfied and extremely blessed patient to be alive I had to leave a review on the main Google search page for RGH Portales.

I highly recommend RGH portales namely Dr. Neelu Finley, PA and Dr. Ahmad Othman for all your health related issues and concerns. RHH Portales you two superstars in the medical field I do hope you realize this.
